Devops里面怎么设置“收集落盘日志”为打开状态

“收集落盘日志”怎么在devops的时候就设置好，现在是在每次devops运行完在工作负载中编辑“编辑配置模板”中完成，如下图所示。这样很不方便，而且编辑完成了，pod还会重起一下。
