采用2.1离线包安装的allinone， 在部署示例应用bookinfo时，发现istio/proxy_init都是拉取失败。
Failed to pull image “192.168.1.2:5000/istio/proxy_init:1.3.3″: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error response from daemon: manifest for 192.168.1.2:5000/istio/proxy_init:1.3.3 not found
我这个环境安装成功后，shutdown重启过一次，是因为重启后，本地镜像库没了吗？还是什么原因？
在Source to image时， 构建任务里也出行错误：
