moliunian 比如，release notes提到可以使用外部的prometheus，看下了cluster-configuration.yaml ，加了一个参数type:external 然后再调整endpoints 我想问下，监控页面用到的指标数据，rule定义是怎么导进去的？如果要使用这个特性，直接apply yaml文件从3.1.0升级到3.1.1，是不是就直接可以了？
