操作系统信息
例如：虚拟机，Ubuntu18.04，3个8C的worker
Kubernetes版本信息
1.21.5
容器运行时
docker 20.0.2
KubeSphere版本信息
v3.2.0。在线安装。使用kk安装。
问题是什么
kk显示顺利升级，但是在UI界面，仅有平台显示3.2.0，概览里面的kubesphere版本仍然是3.1.1
查日志是task events failed，但是里面的提示
`Destination directory /kubesphere/kubesphere/fluentbit-operator does not exist"`
又不知道怎么回事，fluentbit守护进程本身是正常的
不知道是不是还有其他问题
