操作系统信息
例如：虚拟机 kylin ，8C/16G

KubeSphere版本信息
例如：v2.1.1/v3.0.0。离线安装还是在线安装。已有K8s安装还是全套安装。

v3.2.1/v1.21.5。在kylin4.0.2上安装KubeSphere.

问题是什么

你的artifact中有这个KylinSecOS-3.4-4-arm64.iso吗，如果没有的话需要提前打进去。否则创建命令不能使用–with-packages的flag
