hongming gary0121 这是一个 issue ，签发的证书没有自动更新，kubesphere/kubesphere#3620 目前可以手动更新一下，可以把 kubesphere-controls-system下用户的 kubeconfig (configmap中) 给删掉，任意编辑该用户的 label/annotation 就可以重新生成
