这么检查看看，可以先把这些 validatingwebhookconfiguration clientConfig 中 service url 修改为 ServiceReference

改一下 ks-upgrade 的 imagePullPolicy，重新拉一下镜像

编辑 ks-core-values.yaml，把 pullPolicy 改为 Always
